Thank you for taking time to look at our website. Our aim is to supply property to investors at below market value, thus helping them build a strong portfolio for the future.
We are offered a wide range of property investment opportunities. It will range from: land for development, off plan purchase, near build complete, fully build complete, existing housing stock, commercial property, hotels and redevelopment.
Each of our investors has different criteria. Some will require one property whilst others require multiples. Hopefully we have something that will fit in with your ambition.
Before any investments go onto our website, we endeavour to carry out the necessary due diligence to put our investors mind at rest. If we do not feel the investment offered is adequate, we will not put it onto our investment section.
Certain investments are usually taken by our investors before they reach our website. This is why we recommend that you register with us so that you receive our early offers. Rest assured, you will not receive texts, e-mails, phone calls or mail unless you request it.
When we offer an investment, we will support this with on-going advice, solicitors, finance, lettings, furniture, maintenance and re-sales. If your credit rating is adverse, you should not let this stop you, we may still be able to help.
Rather than have page after page of detail, e.g. why property, how to build a portfolio, pitfalls etc, we have a frequently asked questions (FAQ’S) page which we hope covers your questions. If you need an answer that is not there, please phone us as we are here to help you.
You do not have to attend a seminar/weekend course (at great cost to you), pay any upfront fees, visit us or take so many properties per annum. We charge a maximum fee of 2% per property. This can vary (be less than 2%) as each investment opportunity is looked at on an individual basis.
Finally, when we offer advice/investment opportunities; we never try to ‘sell’ them. We leave it to you to make the final decision to see if you feel it is the right investment for you. |
